Nov. 3 general election: key dates for Benton and Franklin county voters

Washington’s general election is Tuesday, Nov. 3, 2026. Every registered voter is mailed a ballot automatically — there is nothing to request. Franklin County says regular ballots will be mailed by Oct. 9; the state deadline for all counties to mail ballots is Oct. 16.

Online and mail registrations or address updates must be received by Monday, Oct. 26. After that you can still register and vote in person at your county elections office until 8 p.m. on Nov. 3.

Benton County Elections: 7122 W. Okanogan Pl., Bldg. F, Kennewick · 509-736-2727. Franklin County Elections: 404 W. Clark St., Pasco. Return your ballot in any official drop box by 8 p.m. on Election Day, or mail it with a postmark no later than Election Day.
