Kennewick’s 1941 grain elevator on West Clearwater goes to auction Oct. 22

The dormant grain elevator and warehouse beside the railroad between Kellogg Street and Columbia Center Boulevard were built in 1941 to move local grain onto rail cars. Today the tower’s upper levels hold leased cell-phone arrays.

Musser Bros. of Pasco will run the online auction on Oct. 22. Benton County appraised the property at $583,250.
