Grading begins on the 213-lot Sunny Meadows subdivision in Kennewick

Fill work has started at 240 E. 49th Ave. in Kennewick on the Sunny Meadows subdivision, with about 5,000 cubic yards of fill dirt planned ahead of home construction, developer Knutzen Engineering reports.
