A lake and wetlands at the edge of Mesa with a gravel boat launch, warmwater fishing and waterfowl hunting. The lake is not stocked.
What to do
- Fish for warmwater species.
- Watch waterfowl, especially in spring.
Know before you go
- Reach it from Sheffield Road off 1st Avenue.
- Do not trespass on the private orchard the unit wraps around.
