- Everyone else in Benton and Franklin counties: Mid-Columbia Libraries, with branches in Kennewick, Pasco, West Pasco, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser, Connell, Basin City, Kahlotus and Merrill’s Corner. Its Rural Services team delivers to people far from a branch (509-737-6375).
