New this summer: Angel’s Family Restaurant, Metztli Cocina Bar and Biscuit

Angel’s Family Restaurant opened June 23 at 6902 Rodeo Drive, Suite 103, near Road 68 and Burden Boulevard in Pasco — a larger successor to Angel’s Cafe, which remains open by the airport for now.

Metztli Cocina Bar opened July 5 at 255 Williams Blvd. in Richland, the former Fat Olives and Public House 255 building, focusing on dishes from the Puebla region.

Biscuit, at 1086 George Washington Way in Richland, was preparing to open with 5 a.m. weekday hours aimed at northbound Hanford and PNNL commuters.
