How do I register to vote after moving to Benton or Franklin County?

Washington votes entirely by mail. Once you are registered, your ballot arrives automatically before each election.

• Online: VoteWA.gov (you need a Washington driver’s license, permit or ID card number).
• Deadline for online/mail registration: 8 days before Election Day (Oct. 26 for the Nov. 3, 2026 general election).
• In person: Benton County Elections, 7122 W. Okanogan Pl., Bldg. F, Kennewick (509-736-2727); Franklin County Elections, 404 W. Clark St., Pasco.
