Downtown Kennewick’s Halloween street festival with local businesses, artists, food vendors and a costume contest (judging at 1 pm). Safe-street trick-or-treating runs 3–5 pm along Kennewick Avenue.
Decorate a lantern with a message or memory, then launch it on the Columbia Park pond at dusk. Food trucks and music before the launch.
