BPA Tri-Cities Reinforcement: Badger Canyon line

A new 18-mile, 115-kilovolt line and substation between the Badger Canyon substation and the Ashe-Marion line, following the railroad along East Badger Road. It is one of four BPA projects that would together raise transmission capacity to the area by 66%.
