Fort Walla Walla Museum

A regional history museum on the grounds of a 19th-century fort, with five exhibit halls, a 33-mule wheat harvest display and a 17-building pioneer village.

What to do

  • See Washington’s oldest surviving locomotive and the stagecoach at the entrance.
  • Walk the Pioneer Village (open March through October).
  • Check the schedule for living history performances.

Getting there

Know before you go

  • Admission: adults $13, seniors and students $11, kids 6–12 $6, 5 and under free.
  • Open daily 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; 10 a.m.–4 p.m. November through February.
  • Pioneer Village doors close Nov. 1 and reopen March 1.
