Toppenish Murals and Railway Museum
A small Yakama Valley town covered in 75 hand-painted historical murals, plus the Northern Pacific Railway Museum in its 1911 depot.
What to do
- Pick up a mural map at the visitor center and walk the loop (about an hour).
- Visit the Northern Pacific Railway Museum at 10 Asotin Ave.

Know before you go
- The railway museum is open May 1 to Oct. 15: Tuesday–Saturday 10 a.m.–4 p.m., Sunday noon–4 p.m.
- Toppenish is on the Yakama Reservation; be respectful of tribal land and rules.
