Horn Rapids townhome lawsuit settles without costs to homeowners

Board members of the Horn Rapids Homeowners Association approved a settlement in the dispute between community developer Pahlisch Homes and HJBT, which owns the golf course and wants to build townhomes beside it. According to a former board member, the settlement keeps legal costs from being passed to HOA members.

The agreement was still being finalized in September before a request to dismiss the lawsuit.
